Technology adoption in the legal sector

A primary research project for a small consultancy advising an industry regulator. We provided additional capacity to the consultancy to fulfil this project.

This involved conducting a series of in-depth qualitative interviews with small legal practices and legal charities about their use of technology, particularly in facilitating access to justice for individuals.

The key findings from the research were written up into a short report.
